The last Sample ID in the range that you want to review or release.
Note: It is recommended that at the end of the day, the range of Sample IDs be left blank on this screen. This method is used to reveal any test results that are outside the sample ranges used during the day.

A Yes or No option is available.
A Yes option allows you to confirm the accuracy of the instrument that performed the test. The system advances from the Result Options screen to a QC Options screen and a QC Result screen that enable you to weigh the test result against Westgard Rules . The result can display in a QC graph.
The criterion by which QC results either pass or violate Westgard Rules depends on the mean for the known of the test, as defined in the QC Dictionary Maintenance submodule. To broaden the scope, QC results may also be weighed against multiple knowns for the test, which are also defined in the QC Dictionary Maintenance submodule.
If a test fails Westgard Rule checking, you can enter or select comments in the QC Result Comments box.
If you select the No option on the Result Options screen, the system advances to the Edit Results screen, on which you review the test results.
Note: Use of the Westgard Rules is optional. The rules are set up in the QC Dictionary Maintenance submodule. If a user selects Westgard Rule checking but the facility does not use the option in the CyberLAB system, the system displays a message to notify the user.
A Yes or No option is available.
Delta Percents checking is performed for those tests that have a Delta Percents value defined in the Test Dictionary. The result is compared to previously released test results for the same test and the same patient.
Each result that has a Delta Percent variance greater than allowed displays a D to the right of the result.
If you select the Yes option, the new result is checked against the previous result the patient had for that test. If a variance is found, a D displays to the right of the result. Click the Prior Delta button to view the prior Delta result.
If you select the No option, a Delta Percents check is not performed.
